Pavilion Rentals
Members can rent out our spacious pavilion for parties, BBQ’s and family get-togethers.
Dates & Rates
Monday-Sunday: 11:00am-1:45pm, 2:00pm – 4:45pm or 5:00pm -7:45pm
Fee: $50.00
*The fee includes the use of the grill. Each Non-Member is $10.00. Maximum of 50 people.
To reserve the pavilion, go to Membership/Manage Account tab, go to the Reservation/Make Reservation tab, and make sure you select the date you are looking for. It will show you all available time slots. After you reserve the pavilion, go to Make a Payment within your account and select the Pavilion Rental fee to complete your transaction. Only paid accounts can reserve a pavilion.
To cut down on check in times, we are requesting that you pre-register any guests, who are not Willowood Members. To pre-register a guest, just click the link below and fill out all the requested information.
Chair Rentals
Tired of dragging chairs, foam noodles, toys, sunscreen, umbrellas, you-name-it along to the pool? Store your stuff in our covered storage area. $30.00 per slot. You can put any pool items in the slot that fits.
*Willowood Swim Club is not responsible for stolen items. Please remove items at the end of the season or items will be disposed of at the discretion of management.
Rentals will be online for the 2024 season. You will be required to be signed into your membersplash account and also your account status must be paid.
