New Members

Currently Willowood Swim Club has a waitlist for new memberships. If you are interested in joining the pool and being added to the waitlist, please click on “Join our waitlist” under the membership tab of our website and follow the prompts.

The Willowood swim Club is a private swim club with a limited number of memberships. The current by-laws permit a maximum of 3,200 members.

Three categories of Willowood Swim Club memberships are available:

  1. Family Membership
    1. A family membership shall consist of a MAXIMUM of six members (including as most, two adults). All additional children will be charged at $25 per person
    2. Up to 2 Resident Adults (18+)
    3. ‘Any unmarried RESIDENT children Under 21
    4. ‘Any unmarried RESIDENT children Over 21 AND who are full-time students
  2. Couple Membership
    • Up to 2 Resident Adults (18+)
      OR
    • 1 Resident Adult (18+) AND 1 Unmarried RESIDENT child Under 21 OR Over 21
  3. Single Membership:
    • 1 Person
    • If the membership is for a child, then the bond will be issued to their parent/guardian as a non-swimming adult on the account

New members must purchase a one-time membership bond in addition to 50% of the annual fee. See below for total for each membership type.

Additionally Available

Child Caregiver – One person, not holding a membership as outlined above, not resident in the household but employed or assigned by an adult member for childcare purposes. Fee is in addition to your membership at a cost of the price of a single membership ($150) and valid for one season. See below for Caregiver Guidelines.

Other Resident Adult – One person, not holding a membership as outlined above, but residing in the household. Fee is in addition to your membership at a cost of the price of a single membership ($150) and is valid for one season.

Grand Child — Non-resident grandchildren, under the age of 18. Fee is in addition to your membership at a cost of $75 per child. The child may only visit the pool with the grandparent they are ‘attached’ to, they may not visit the pool at any other time ~ if they are a guest of another pool member, they will have to pay a guest fee.

Child Caregiver Guidelines

  1. Caregiver is responsible for behavior and safety of everyone under their supervision. If the lifeguards or pool manager determine that they are not capable, family will be notified, and Caregiver will be asked to leave the pool.
  2. Caregiver may only visit pool with children of member, they may not visit the pool at any other time ~ if they are a guest of another pool member, they will have to pay a guest fee.
  3. Only one person can be listed as a Caregiver per family.
  4. Grandparents who do not live in the household and bring children to the pool, are still considered to be a Caregiver and are subject to this membership fee.

Guest Fees for 2024

Children 2 and under are free

Guests over the age of 18 are considered adults
